Tai Chi Classes

Our Tai Chi classes provide students with an ancient art linked to self-defence training and meditation. If you’re looking for a new way to stay active to promote personal health, Tai Chi is an effective – and calming – way to achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals throughout your life. With more than 25 years of martial arts training, we gladly share our knowledge with you, whether newcomer or experienced.

What to Expect From Our Tai Chi Martial Arts Classes

To better explain to you what learning Tai Chi is about, we’ve put together a summary for potential students:

  • A formidable trainer. Our instructor, Cameron, has a trove of martial arts knowledge to impart to students. He even spends his time outside of the gym practising and perfecting his katas, tai chi training, and other training methods.

  • Variations of Tai Chi. We teach many Tai Chi forms, including: 24 Form, 32 Sword, and 42 Form. These are some of the exercises you can expect to learn from our studio alongside Cameron’s personally developed additions, whether small or large.

  • A welcoming class. We welcome anyone of any age, from high school to those in retirement, to partake in our classes for Chinese internal martial arts. If you feel up for it, we will always welcome you with open arms.
